All services provided by WeedSOFT.org are for personal use only, unless specifically noted otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms:
At the current time, there is no registration required to utilize any service provided by WeedSOFT.org.
Note: Your voluntary usage of this site and any service thereof, signifies acceptance of any and all terms contained within the Terms of Use.
            
Services:
WeedSOFT.org provides users with weed and crop modules which may 	offer various suggestions and/or recommendations.
            
WeedSOFT.org provides users with various data related to weeds and crops.  The data provided to users is made available in different formats including, but not limited to, page controls, images, documents, sreadsheets, presentations, downloads, external linking, and email.
            
Intented Usage:
Users of WeedSOFT.org agree to use any and all services according to their designed intent. Users will not use any provided service in a manner that could disable, corrupt, taxate, or compromise performance to any data serving component whether hardware or software. Users will not try to gain unlawful access to services, structures, accounts, other computers or networks, regardless of mechanism or procedure.  Users agree to not redistribute, reproduce, publish, reverse engineer, sell, damage, or intentionally misuse any service and or component originally provided by WeedSOFT.org.

Software Limitations:
Any software offered by WeedSOFT.org is the property of University of Nebraska and/or its contributing partners and shall be used in compliance with the Intended Usage statement. There exists no warrantee (expressed or implied) for any information, recommendation, or other data provided users of WeedSOFT.org through it's services.  The University of Nebraska and/or its contributing partners make no assurances as to the  accuracy or legitimacy of information made available on WeedSOFT.org.

Services Liability:
The University of Nebraska and its contributing partners shall in no 	way be liable for any damages which may be said to occur from the usage of WeedSOFT.org or any of its provided services.  Damages are to include, but not be limited to - hardware failure, connectivity issues, data loss, or performance issues.
